Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
By submitting an application through the website: eramalore.com/savilla_application, the individual, acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interests, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby grants consent to
Anastasia Nikolaevna Savila (hereinafter referred to as the
"Operator") for the processing of their personal data under the following terms:
1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automated processing tools.
2. The following personal data may be processed:
- surname, first name, and patronymic (if provided);
- e-mail address;
- telephone number (if provided), including the username in a messaging application.
3. The purposes of processing personal data are:
- processing user inquiries;
- providing consultations;
- responding to requests;
- sending information via e-mail and messaging applications;
- concluding and performing agreements, including a public license agreement.
4. During the processing of personal data, the Operator may perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), use, depersonalization (anonymization), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
5. Personal data may be processed with the involvement of third parties that ensure the operation of the website, communication services, payment services, and other services used by the Operator to achieve the purposes of personal data processing, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Personal data shall be processed until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until the expiration of the storage period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. The data subject may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written request or an electronic notice to the Operator at the following e-mail address:

8. In the event that this Consent is withdrawn, the Operator shall have the right to continue processing personal data without the data subject's consent where such processing is permitted under paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2006.
9. This Consent shall remain in effect until the purposes of personal data processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn by the data subject, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
